Mr CHIFLEY (Macquarie) (Treasurer) . - It is unfair to ask the Government, at a few hours' notice, to correct the mistake of another government. I accept the assurance of the Leader of the Opposition that the Government which he led intended to remove this anomaly. I give an assurance that the Government will review the situation and, if it finds i ha t injustice is being done, it will make the necessary corrective provision retrospective.
