Mr JAMES - Is it a fact that, in one of the statements made by the Prime Minister since he assumed office, he requested private employers not to penalize their employees who were called up for military service? How does he reconcile this with the action of the New South Wales Government in penalizing men, who were taken off relief work to undergo military training, by letting them go back on the dole after their period of training was over, while other authorities, such as the Water Board, did not make up the difference between military and civil pay?
