Mr McEWEN (INDI, VICTORIA) - Oan the Prime Minister say whether the judgment of the High Court in the case affecting the validity of the legislation imposing a sales tax on flour will be delivered before Parliament goes into recess? What does he propose to do if the judgment is not delivered until after Parliament adjourns, and the judgment has the effect of invalidating the legislation?
