Mr STREET - There is no truth in the latter part of the honorable gentleman's question. I am sure that the honorable member will realize that it is the duty of the interviewing boards to get the best possible applicants irrespective of where they may be located. I can understand the honorable gentleman's desire to obtain preference for his own constituents.
