Mr WARD (EAST SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Prime Minister whether there is any constitutional limitation on the powers of this Parliament to pass legislation inaugurating a scheme to make a full inquiry into the affairs of private individuals or undertakings with a view to having some supervision1 or limitation of profits?
