Mr ANTHONY - Has the attention of the Postmaster-General been called to a circular sent to honorable members by temporary returned soldier employees in bis department, pointing out that they are not being provided with an adequate opportunity to comply with the provisions of a section of the Commonwealth Public Service Act which gives them the right to qualify for permanent employment, and also that the majority of them will shortly reach the age of 51 years when they will be debarred from securing permanent employment? If the honorable member has seen the circular will he give consideration to the arguments advanced therein?
