Sir CHARLES MARR (PARKES, NEW SOUTH WALES) - It was stated some time Ago that the Lyons Government had agreed to the abolition of the interstate rate applicable to telegrams and to the adoption of the radial system. Will the Postmaster-General say whether it is correct, as stated in the press, that the proposals of the Lyons Government have been departed from, and that the suggested alteration will not be made ?
