Mr BLAIN (NORTHERN TERRITORY) - In view of the great dissatisfaction prevailing among the members of the mobile defence force at Darwin, owing to lack of barracks, will the Minister for Defence take an early opportunity to visit the locality, and, in the meantime, treat the barracks merely as camps, for the purpose of the payment of allowances? Mr. STREET.- In reply to the firstpart of the honorable member's question, the answer is "Yes." As to the latter portion of the question, the honorable member's suggestion has already been adopted.
