Mr HUGHES (NORTH SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Attorney-General) - Yesterday, the honorable member for Melbourne Ports (Mr. Holloway) drew the attention of the Prime Minister to delays in dealing with claims for the variation and interpreration of awards of the Commonwealth Courts of Conciliation and Arbitration covering work on the waterfront in Victoria. The Prime Minister has referred the matter to me and I have already had inquiries made, and am taking action to see that the matters to which the honorable member referred will be dealt with very shortly.
