Mr LANE - In view of the ruling which you have just given, Mr. Speaker, can you inform us how, when Ministers refuse to give information, honorable members themselves may be able: to give it to this House?


Mr SPEAKER -It is not the function of the Chair to give such advice. Certainly the Standing Orders forbid honorable members to give information, make statements, or express opinions -when asking, questions.
