Mr LAZZARINI (WERRIWA, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Treasurer whether it is a fact that the prospect of success of the loan of £7,500,000 to be floated at the end of this month at an interest rate of £3 17s. 6d. per cent., is causing anxiety to Treasury officials? Because of this anxiety, is there any possibility of the rate of interest being made higher than that now proposed? Is the loan to be floated at par, or at a discount?
