Mr JAMES (HUNTER, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Can the Prime Minister make any pronouncement in regard to national insurance, which has been shelved for some time? I ask this question because of the anxiety that exists among many organizations which have spent a lot of money preparing for the introduction of the scheme. Can the right honorable gentleman indicate whether the proposed new measure will be half-baked in accordance with the views of the Country party, or a fullblooded scheme as advocatedby the Minister for Health and Social Services?
