Mr MENZIES (KOOYONG, VICTORIA) (Prime Minister) - I do not think that it is likely that a High Court justice will be available for this inquiry. I have discussed the matter with my colleague, the Minister for Defence, and I am agreeable to the inquiry being conducted by a judge, if one can be obtained for the purpose, or, failing that, by a magistrate.
