Mr MAKIN (Hindmarsh) .- I support that request. A deputation representing the Port Adelaide branch of the Waterside Workers Federation was anxious to meet the Attorney-General in Canberra this week, but owing to his indisposition it has been impossible to make that arrangement. I hope that the Prime Minister (Mr. Menzies), and his colleague the Minister for Customs (Mr. John Lawson), who are so well acquainted with all the circumstances, will seek to bring about at an early date, much more satisfactory conditions of work on the water front at Port Adelaide than obtain at present.
