Mr HOLLOWAY (Melbourne Ports) . - Some months prior to the change of government the Prime Minister (Mr. Menzies), who was then AttorneyGeneral, and his colleague, the then Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury (Mr. John Lawson), were making extensive investigations into the working of the Transport Workers Act. Their inquiry had reached a stage at which we hoped some final decision could be arrived at. I now ask the Prime Minister if he will request his colleague, the Attorney-General (Mr. Hughes) to continue the investigations he set in motion ?
