Mr STREET (Corangamite) (Minister for Defence) . - With all due respect to the honorable member, I do not think that there is any great force in the point he has raised. However, if it will satisfy him. I shall have the matter further examined by the Parliamentary Draftsman, and if an amendment is necessary, it can be made in the Senate.
