Sir CHARLES MARR (PARKES, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Has the Postmaster-General read the remarks by the honorable member for Wentworth last session in favour of the reduction of postal charges, and the re-introduction of penny postage? If he has not done so, will he give consideration to the reduction of postal charges as outlined hy himself when he was a private member?
