Mr ROSEVEAR (Dalley) .- Sir-

Mr Curtin - This motion was at the bottom of the notice-paper for weeks, but yesterday, without advice to me, it was brought to the top. Having regard to the general understanding that the session is to end this week, I think that the failure of the Minister to inform me of the re-discovered importance of the subject was unfair, and we are not prepared to go on with the debate.

Mr ROSEVEAR - I ask leave to continue my remarks.

Leave granted; debate adjourned.
