Mr NAIRN (PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - During the discussion of the Estimates the Minister for the Interior was prevented by the lack of time from making a statement with respect to the Government's proposals for improving the Governor-General's establishments for future use by the Duke of Kent. Is there not a sub-committee investigating that matter now, and do not the Government's proposals involve an expenditure greater than that set out in the Estimates for this purpose?
