Mr Brennan - I trust that the Chair will give me an opportunity to do so. If you, sir, imagine that I have risen for the purpose of obstructing the business of the committee, I assure you that you are quite in error. Do I gather that the proposed vote for the Department of External Affairs is to be discussed in conjunction with that for the Prime Minister's Department?
