Mr SPEAKER - Discussion of the measure by a series of questions and answers is irregular.

Sir EARLE PAGE - I think the honorable member may assume that the farmers will obtain their seed wheat at the equivalent of world parity price. I commend the bill to the House and hope that it will have a speedy passage.
