Mr LYONS - As honorable members are aware a reorganization of the Australian Broadcasting Commission is under the consideration of the Government, but it is doubtful that "legislation could be brought before the House before it adjourns for the Christmas break. If it cannot be introduced before that adjournment legislation will be submitted to Parliament at the earliest possible date. In the meantime it will be necessary to extend the term of the commission.
