Mr SPEAKER - If the House generally thinks that it is necessary, I shall consider the matter, but, personally, I do not think that one would require an amplifier to hear what Ministers say.

Mr Lane - They speak to you, sir, not to us.

Mr SPEAKER - I shall inquire into the matter if it be the wish of honorable gentlemen generally.

Mr Nock - Some of us did not hear distinctly what the Minister for Commerce said.
