Mr SPEAKER - Order ! The honorable member is following the practice frequently indulged in, of giving quite a lot of information when asking a question. This is quite unnecessary, and certainly is not in order. In asking a question, an honorable member must assume that knowledge of the matter is possessed by the Minister concerned.

Mr FRANCIS - Will the Prime Minister consider a review of the whole position, with a view to the appointment to the Standing Committee on Liquid Fuels of direct representatives of the primary producing interests of Australia?
