Mr FAIRBAIRN - Now that the Treasurer is 100 per cent, air-minded, will he give further consideration to the matter that I raised some years ago, and on which I have repeatedly asked questions since, with respect to the granting, when applied for, of an allowance instead of the railway pass to enable Ministers and members to travel by air, or to utilize other forms of transport which may suit them 'better than the railways?
