Mr Rosevear - The Government may appoint an incompetent commission.

Dr Earle Page - I am still of that opinion.

Dr EARLE PAGE (COWPER, NEW SOUTH WALES) - This is not a personal matter with me. Isuggested that the Director of Posts and Telegraphs should be appointed to the commission because of the importance of his office.
