Mr FENTON (Maribyrnong) (PostmasterGeneral) . - I direct the attention of honorable members to clause 12 of the bill, which reads -

The Governor-General may terminate the services of a commissioneror an acting commissioner for inability, inefficiency, or misbehaviour or for neglect or for failure to carry out any of the provisions of this act.

Clause 9 deals with the illness or absence of the chairman, and clause 10 provides that -

In the case of the illness or absence of any other commissioner, the Governor-General may if he thinks fit appoint a person to perform the functions of the commissioner during such illness or absence.
