Dr MALONEY - I have received a letter from Sir John MacFarland, Chancellor of the University of Melbourne, in which he states that he has asked the Prime Minister to consider granting relief from the payment of primage duty on educational books, periodicals, and music. Will the Government undertake to give consideration to this request during the recess ?
