Mr FORDE (CAPRICORNIA, QUEENSLAND) - It is reported in the press that the Minister for Trade and Customs has secured the services of an independent tobacco expert to investigate the whole of the tobacco industry. Will he state who is the expert, and when he will commence his work; also whether the Government will accept the recommendation of the expert, and whether any decision of the Government in respect of the representations of the growers will be postponed until after this inquiry?
