Mr JAMES - In view of the reply given by the Prime Minister to a deputation which I introduced to him in Sydney - that the Government would give consideration to the desirableness of amending the Old-age Pensions Act so that unproductive property, whether houses or land, belonging to pensioners would not be taken into consideration in assessing their pensions - will he now state whether it is the Government's intention to amend the act, as indicated?
