Mr GREGORY - I have received from Perth a telegram advising that manufacturers of raw material, as well as finished goods, particularly those of iron and steel, are dumping their wares in the various States with a view to increasing the price to the public. Has the Minister received similar complaints from the other States, and if so, what action does he propose to take in regard to the suggested restraint of trade?
