Being shut out, under the Standing Orders. I intended to speak on the motion for the adjournment this afternoon ; but if the Prime Minister (Mr. Lyons) assures us that two hours will be allowed next week for the discussion of the matter, and that the time allotted will not be in the late hours of Thursday afternoon-

Mr Lyons - The Government undertakes toallot a proper time for the discussion of the matter.
