Mr GABB (ANGAS, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) asked the PostmasterGeneral, upon notice -

1.   Does his department supply allowance postmasters with a schedule of rates of payment for different duties, so that they can check payments made to them?

2.   If not, will he issue instructions thatany allowance postmaster desiring a schedule of rates of payment shall be supplied with same?

3.   Willhe give consideration to that class of allowance postmasters whose private business does not compel them to be in atten dance at their post offices all day, so that they may receive payment commensurate with the time they attend to their duties as postmasters?
