Mr SCULLIN (Yarra) .- If the Government desires a general direction from the House in relation to this new and important Australian industry, it will afford an opportunity for a vote to be taken, and will not merely have the debate adjourned indefinitely after the submission of a motion, and possibly, amendments thereto.
