Mr SCULLIN (Yarra) (12:34 PM) . - The fact that the Opposition has not called for divisions on a number of clauses does not indicate its approval of those provisions. Clause 11 embodies some of the principles contained in preceding and subsequent clauses. We have discussed those principles at considerable length, both on the second reading of the measure and in committee, and I propose to call for divisions on clauses 11 and 12 as a protest against a number of clauses the principles of which the Opposition cannot endorse.
