Mr SCULLIN (YARRA, VICTORIA) - During the last Parliament, Standing Orders were amended to enable Ministers to hand in to the clerks replies to questions on notice, instead of reading them. I understood that the same practice applied to deferred questions. The idea was to save time, and I ask you, Mr. Speaker, whether that practice is to be followed now ?
