Mr SCULLIN (Yarra) . - I support the remarks of the Prime Minister. As I said about you, Mr Speaker, following your election to the chair, I feel sure that all honorable members will receive impartial treatment at the hands of the hjonora'ble; member for Darwin in the office of Chairman of Committees. Without regard to the side of the House upon which we sit, I can safely say that no honorable member is more 'highly respected than is the honorable member for Darwin. His uprightness upon all occasions has won for him the highest respect of all honorable members, and I am glad to see him in the high and honorable position of Chairman of Committees.
