Mr GIBBONS (Calare) .- I wish to add my word of appreciation to what has been said regarding the impartial manner in which you, sir, have conducted the affairs of this House for the past two years. The honorable member for West Sydney (Mr. Beasley) and his associates must feel gratified to know that their action has deprived the waterside workers of this country of privileges which the present Government gained for them. They entered into a combination with the Opposition which made that possible, and I feel that it is only right that we should remind them that what has happened is due to their action.
