Mr SCULLIN (Yarra) (Prime Minister) . - The honorable member is labouring under a misconception.I definitely stated that 1 asked for the suspension oftne Standi ng Orders to enable this bill to be brought down; nothing else. If the honorable member gathered the impression that the bill was to be circulated only, it is an incorrect one. I gave the assurancethat the Government would not bring down to-night any other measure than this, which is really part of the Wheat Bounty Bill.

Mr Gabb - That does not cover my question to the right honorable gentleman.

Mr SCULLIN - The honorable member asked no question, andI gave him no answer.

Mr Gabb - I did ask a question, as Hansard should show.

Mr SCULLIN - The honorable member has misunderstood the position. All that I did was to give an assurance that no other business would be brought down to-night. To that promise I shall adhere.
