Mr ARCHDALE PARKHILL - On a question of privilege, I draw your attention, Mr. Deputy Speaker, to the unsatisfactory mail service in this building. Before 6.30 p.m. yesterday I posted in the King's Hall a letter addressed to my office in Sydney, and it has not yet been delivered. Such delays are frequent. I have complained to the Deputy Director of Posts and Telegraphs in Sydney, but no redress appears to be forthcoming from that source. I, therefore, ask you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, to investigate the matter.
