Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER (Mr McGrath (BALLAARAT, VICTORIA) - I ask iiic honorable member to 1)0 as brief as possible.

Mr WHITE - I shall not read the rest of the document, but the concluding words are, " All out on the waterfront under rank and file control ". If the Prime Minister has seen this document, and press references to the same subject, is ho still satisfied to say that the Government will support the State police, if necessary? Does he not think it necessary to take some action to tighten up the Immigration Act so as to prevent nuisances, such as those responsible for documents of this kind, coming to Australia?
