Mr FORDE (Capricornia) (Minister for Trade and Customs) .- Provision is made for exemption under bylaw of such petroleum or shale products, and coal, tar, and coke oven distillates as may be prescribed. The by-law provision has been added because is was felt that small tar plants belonging to shire councils, &c, which produce by-products coming. within the scope of the item, should be exempt.
