Mr BRUCE (Flinders) (Prime Minister and Minister for External Affairs) . - I understand that the honorable member for Forrest (Mr. Prowse) has submitted an amendment providing that the collection be not purchased. I suggest that we come to some decision upon this question, and if the opinion of the House is that the collection be purchased, an honorable member may submit a motion fixing the price. If he so desires, another honorable member may move to amend the motion by altering the price.
