Mr.FENTON (for Dr. Maloney) asked the Minister representing the Minister for Defence, upon notice -

1.   What would be a fair length of coast-line for an aeroplane station to watch?

2.   What number of officers are needed for an observation aeroplane station?

3.   What is the approximate cost of a standardized up-to-date aeroplane for dropping bombs ?
