Mr SPEAKER - I have received from the honorable member for Melbourne Ports (Mr. Mathews) an intimation that he desires to move the adjournment of the House to discuss a definite matter of urgent public importance, namely, "the unsatisfactory distribution of sugar to retailers by the Commonwealth Government."
