Mr MATHEWS (Melbourne Ports) . - The Prime Minister knows that a fine of £500 would not be sufficient deterrent to a member of a big corporation who may refuse to give information concerning the affairs of his company. In my opinion, provision should be made to render every shareholder in such a corporation liable to a fine of £500 and three months' imprisonment.-
