Mr BLAKELEY (DARLING, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Is the Treasurer aware that money lenders of New South Wales are offering £50 per £100 war gratuity bond, and that certain insurance companies are offering to cash bonds at £20 per £100 bond. If so, what steps does the honorable gentleman propose to take to prevent the wholesale robbing of soldiers by such means?
