Dr MALONEY (MELBOURNE, VICTORIA) - As, under the circumstances, I cannot ask the Prime Minister, I address a question to the Minister for Trade and Customs. In view of factories in Victoria being compelled to close owing to want of coal, will the honorable gentleman bring under the notice of the Cabinet the fact that it maybe necessary to prevent the export ofcoal while our own people are crying out for it?
