Mr HUGHES - The matter has not been considered by the Government. The ordinary census is taken under a Statute. The honorable gentleman knows why the wealth census was taken, and he may be able to show reasons for taking another census of the kind. An opportunity will be given him to do so, and if he can make out a case, the Government will consider it.
