Mr PROWSE (SWAN, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - In view of the statement made recently by the Prime Minister that steamers of the Commonwealth line have left English ports practically empty, and as large quantities of produce have' been sold in Western Australia to buyers in the eastern States, will the right honorable gentleman cause these steamers to lift the cargo that is awaiting transport?
